Enjoy winter days at the National Zoo!

No school delay for the Andean bears and giant pandas at the Smithsonian’s National Zoological Park.  The Northeast has been plagued with massive storms and frigid temperatures this winter season, however,  the D.C. metropolitan area has been spared with only one to two inches thus far. Despite the light snowfall, the bears are intrigued and enjoying it. Come see them while we have snow on the ground—put on a warm jacket, your favorite pair of mittens, and come see why winter is a great time to visit the Zoo!
